I think the shooting stars would be a banger name for a soccer team. References that we’re an attacking team, that we have aspiration, and it references the stars on the U.S. flag
Alternatively, if we go for an Uncle Sam, the Super Sams (think like Nigeria’s super eagles) would be far more appropriate than the Uncles Sam lol
Of the choices listed though. Stars N Stripes are the best choice
Surfin Sam’s would be funny to me as a Texan, since there’s colleges in Texas named after Sam Houston and Stephen f Austin. SFA has a statue of Austin on campus called surfin steve lol
