Now starring your favorite sports podcasters???
Honestly I was apprehensive to the podcasts on Netflix but now prefer it.
Two reasons for that:
1)The lack of ads. I can’t explain how much I loathe the autoplay ads. In content ads make sense, gotta pay the bills.
2)Not having suggested videos. I’m over the attention grab. Netflix on full screen isolates my attention which is valuable.
Podcasts being there makes me focus more.

Of course on YT you could pay for premium to remove ads (similar to paying for Netflix). Not sure about hiding suggested videos though.

But the suggested videos function can’t be toggled off. At least not that I know of.
